Video Guidelines (per platform):
Facebook:
Recommended Facebook video ad format: MP4 or MOV.
Recommended length: Maximum 2 minutes.
Maximum file size: 4GB maximum video file size.
Captions are recommended.
Instagram:
Instagram Feed video length can be from 3 seconds to 60 seconds.
If you want to post a video on your main Instagram profile, also called your Instagram feed, the video duration must be within 1 minute.
If you have a longer story to post, you can do it by dividing it into a section of 1 minute each.
LinkedIn:
Video file size: 75 KB – 200 MB.
Length of video: between 3 seconds and 30 minutes long.
Video sound format: AAC or MPEG4.
Captions optional (but recommended)
Google MyBusiness:
Make sure your videos meet the following requirements:
Duration: Up to 30 seconds long.
File size: Up to 75 MB.
